WhatsApp Integration with 360Dialog
360dialog is a verified WhatsApp Solution Provider and has been given the right by Facebook/WhatsApp to grant their clients access to the WhatsApp Business API. 360Dialog is used to integrate WhatsApp. We call it direct WhatsApp. It is the easiest process. We have partnered with 360Dialog to make the process smooth.
Naviagate to Integration section in Dashboard and under Categoires click on Messaging and then click on Integrate.
A pop up to choose a partner to integrate will come. Select 360Dialog and click on Integrate option below to that tile.
Note: If you are in the Start plan or still in the trial period then you can use the Sanbox to test this and consider upgrading to Grow or above plan to Go Live.
Navigate to 360Dialog Sandbox section in Kommunicate's Dashbaord and send a WhatsApp message from your phone number to the phone number "4930609859535" with the content START. You'll receive an "api-key" in the same WhatsApp chat. Enter the "api-key" under "Test API Key" field in Dashboard and you are all set to go for testing your Bot!
Navigate to 360Dialog Go Live section in Kommunicate's Dashbaord and Enter the WhatsApp Number which you wish to use for the 360Dialog Account and and click on Integrate Button.

Voila! You are all set. Now Kommunicate is successfully integrated with WhatsApp account, try sending messages to the number linked to the account and these messages will be sent to Kommunicate chat as well, if the chatbot is already integrated, the bot will start replying to the queries on your WhatsApp chat.
